Courier service delays resulting from COVID-19 have affected our standard delivery time frames. We anticipate in some cases longer than our quoted delivery times, therefore we have set a much earlier cutoff date for orders expecting delivered before Christmas 2021.
We will make every effort to get our products to you in the fastest possible time, and it is possible that your orders may arrive within our standard delivery time frames, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time frame and are restricted by the issues facing our courier services.
We do not wish to disappoint you by presenting unrealistic claims.
Based near Melbourne, Victoria, we hope the current changes to lockdown and the opening of the retail sector will reduce the backlog and delays as we move forwards. Please be patient. Like everyone we are looking forward to this becoming an issue we can look back on.
